Montréal based boutique PR agency, Rev Communications, held a spectacular event last Wednesday at the W Hotel in the WOW penthouse suite. Rev FAVES was so much fun, it hardly felt like work. To celebrate the success of their smash hit “Springtime in Paris” lilac soap, it was “Une Nuit à Paris”, just like the press release said it would be. There were macarons, madeleines, champagne, lavender shortbread (made by Anne’s mom!) candlelight and in true Dot & Lil fashion, antique china teacups everywhere.
I recently discovered the most adorable line of handmade soaps and other fabulous smelling bath and body products from Dot & Lil. Based and produced in Montréal, I met with aspiring soap empress Anne Dardick, and had to smell absolutely everything in the showroom! My senses were in heaven when Anne introduced me to what immediately became my favourite scent and one of her best-selling – satsuma.
